Douglas Bensadoun Creative Director and VP of Marketing, ALDO Group The route that led Douglas Bensadoun to his position at ALDO was definitely not a usual one. With his degree in Political Science from the prestigious Tufts University behind him he set out for Los Angeles, with a view towards breaking into the film industry. Indeed he did. In 2003, he transitioned from filmmaker to creative consultant and three years later he accepted a position at the ALDO Group as an Assistant Buyer, working his way up to Product Developer. Shortly after, in May 2012, he was named Creative Director and VP of Marketing for the ALDO Group. You might think - how can film-making be related to Marketing? Bensadoun says 'it's all about story telling'. |
